II.                 I understand that rugby football is a contact sport with inherent risks. My child, __________________________, will not play without a mouth guard, and all scheduled Fighting Irish RFC practice and match activities will be supervised by a certified USA Rugby Football Union coach. I waive all liability of the coaches in all activities related to Fighting Irish Rugby Football.
