As Fightgirl she is usually wearing black combat boots, black thigh high fishnet stockings a short black skirt or black shorts and a tight black half-top or jacket. A holster with a knife is strapped around one of her legs and a belt is hanging loosely around her hip. Half of her beautiful face is covered by a black mask. However Fightgirl is known for changing her outfit as well as her hair color frequently.
Keira started her carreer as a crime-fighter shortly after her 16th birthday when she was almost raped on her way back from cheerleading class. After that she started taking martial arts lessons and met her mysterious mentor "Kabuzo" who trained her in various combat techniques and presented her with her belt and necklace. In the first few years as a crime-fighter Keira choose the name "Teen-Avenger" and wore mostly schoolgirl and cheerleading outfits before switching to her current somewhat darker and mature appearance.
