I have reviewed your questionaire. I'm not a lawyer. I believe as you do that no person should be subject to judicial bias on the basis of physical appearance, religious or political beliefs.

   However in order to answer the questions in your letter intelligently a person would have to be a lawyer and deal extensively in domestic and divorce cases. I could have given you my opinion on some of these questions. However having to explain answers presumes a level of knowledge that I don't have and I don't think most legislators have, since we deal with over 2000 bills per session. I agree that NO STATE SHALL MAKE OR ENFORCE ANY LAW WHICH DEPRIVES A CITIZEN OF HIS/HER RIGHTS OR EQUAL PROTECTION WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
