Why is it that Feminists insist that Men's Rights groups are wrong about false accusations by women in DV and child custody cases? Because they know if judges begin to question the party line on the purity of women, i.e. always telling the truth, they will have to play by the same rules as everyone else. They will have to actually prove and not just accuse to win their cases. They will no longer have the "Benefit of the Doubt" when a woman makes an accusation and this is very important since the primary presumption in Ex Parte', child custody and divorce cases is the veracity of the accuser. If this presumption is struck down then everyone would have to play by the same rules and not just file a piece of paper to walk off with the children, the house and assets. What are talking about is the end of 50 years of women's entitlement to win in family law cases.

The fanatical insistence of maintaining male stereotypes by feminists in child custody and domestic violence cases is due in part to their unresolved conflicts with males. We maintain the level of insistence is fanatical by the refusal of feminists to acknowledge human individuality apart from gender. Feminists by their insistence on stereotypes believe human choice is genetically predetermined. In simplest terms, individuals who are men are in their world view are either active or potential abusers of women. Even if an individual male has not abused a female, as far as feminists are concerned he will do so at some point if given the opportunity, i.e. men are bad, women are good.

The basis of this fanaticism has its roots in past abuse by an individual who was a male or knowing a woman who was abused by a male. In keeping with the fanatical belief of the victimization of women, the feminist equally denies female on male violence or even female on female violence. When confronted with undeniable evidence of female on male violence or female on female violence, the fanatic then blames males for the origin of violent female behavior as many DV groups do. As in the denial of human individuality apart from gender, feminists deny female violence as an act of individual choice by claiming they were conditioned or "acting out" from past abuse by men.

Based on these beliefs, feminists justify discriminatory treatment against men as a means to make up for past and potential future abuse. Feminists deny the negative impact of their behavior on society by blaming men. Feminism as practiced in the US is nothing more than hate justified. In a very real sense there is no difference in Feminist behavior than that of other hate groups such as the Klu Klux Klan or Aryan Nation. We see this acted out in daily life by white women clutching their handbags when young black men walk past. Feminist try to claim bigotry has it’s origins in ignorance or lack of education, however, any serious study of bigotry will show it as an overzealous and disproportional response to negative experiences.

Sincerity of the feminist belief system in their victimization as females does not achieve the level of justified behavior. We would remind everyone that Hitler was sincere about his belief that Jewish people victimized Germans and look what he did. Osama Bin Laden and other Muslim fanatics are equally sincere in their victimization by Westerners. The fanatical belief in victimization is nothing more than an excuse to justify vilification, negative and hateful behavior without personal responsibility and more importantly denies the pain and suffering of individuals affected by their behavior.
