| About The Project : Isnt it hight time that we should put a stop to the misuse of drugs? Being a youth the most powerful group of the whole world isnt it our responsibility to take a stand in fighting this terrible menace? On the contrary youth the most powerful group of society are falling prey to terrible mind altering substances. There fore increasing the number of drug addicts day by day. Spreading awareness regarding it hazards is required. Drugs have been and at present are a global thorn that is itching the entire world. Our iEARN Project : " Fight against Drugs " seeks to provide an opportunity for the youngsters to share their views and research the ill-effects of various drugs and come up with solutions to fight this largely spread fatal disease through out the world. Mission : It has been proved that there exists a direct relationship between drug use and criminal behaviour. Due to which we all are effected. We all are at a great risk until we change the prevailing tolerant attitude towards drug usage and become commited to the goal of a drug free society. This project endeavors to bring together everyone towards changing the way society perceives drug usage. Goal : To empower each individual to make a personal commitment not to take drugs and to enable them to encourage others to make this commitment. Support : We appreciate your involvement in this project through your writings, drawings etc. Since we want anyone who is interested in the project to participate we have kept no age limit. Currently students from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Lebonan, United States and Greece are participating in the project.
