NO lint rollers, NO flashlights, NO hairspray, NO body spray. NSCC Flashes on all outer garments except raincoat. No rank insignia. Last name and last 4 digits os SSN must be on all items. Use only laundry marker for names. Personal grooming items should be placed in a clear Ziplock bag. All contraband, including food,candy,gum, electronics, cameras and cell phones will be disposed of.
