| 1 egg 3 tablespoon chocolate syrup 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon sugar Nutmeg Beat egg yolk, syrup and milk together. Beat egg white and sugar to gether until stiff, fold into milk. Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle with nutmeg Serves 1 |
