| HOT EGG MALTED MILK |
| 2 tablespoons malted milk 2 tablespoons boiling water 1 egg, beaten 2/3 cup hot milk Dash grated nutmeg Make a paste of malted milk and boiling water. Add beaten egg and milk. Beat until smooth. Serve with nutmeg. May be served cold. Serves 1 |
