| CRUSTY FRENCH ROLL
1-1/4 cups warm water 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3-1/2 cups bread flour 1-1/4 tsp. yeast 1 tbsp. cornmeal 1 egg white 1 tbsp. water In bread machine pan, place the first 5 ingredients as recommended by your machine. Select dough cycle. When cycle is completed, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Divide into 18 portions; shape each into a ball and place on lightly greased baking pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Beat egg white and water; brush over dough. Bake at 375�F for 15 minute; brush with egg white mixture again. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. One roll=101 calories, trace of fat. |
