January Vacation Page 2!
We woke up the next morning to three inches of soft, light snow! David made an actual snowman, and gave it a Scottish glengarry with a "hackle".
Joe ran around in the backard with friend Muriel, and made their dog Belle chase snowballs.
And off we went!
We decided to spend this day at Williamsburg. Here is a lake just off of Colonial Parkway.
The four of us with Kathy, in front of what may someday be David's college ;-), William and Mary, the second oldest university in America.
Us in front of the Wren building, one of the original college buildings fron the late 17th century.
David in his element in the oldest classroom at the college, still in use today.
And what does he decide to lecture about?
The formation of snowballs, of course!
