"This special XR2 is very rare believed to be only one of 23 ever made, it's a true convertible, with the support placed down either side of the doors. VJR 142Y is silver with a black hood and was registered in May 1983 and I acquried the vehicle in June 1987 when I became the 5th owner to date. It has only 31,000 miles on the clock and is now only used during the summer, mainly on Sundays or being a show piece for the promotion of the club on the club stand at certain events.
THIS CAR IS TOTALLY ORIGINAL
It has been present at the last two National Days and each time won first place in the cabriolet section. Unfortuanately all good things come to an end and I have just sold the beauty to a Doctor from Derby......to be continued.
