| October 20th 2005 was a special day in the life of this website. It had been alleged that this car had been scrapped, but here it is. PUF 282X is reputed to be the only Supersport ever converted to a Fly. I saw it at Fordfair 99 but didn't remember the registration number. It's definately the same car though as it has the same dubiously retrimmed seats. The car surfaced on the XROC forum for sale and raised quite a bit of interest to say the least. It does need restoring, needing a passenger door,tailgate,good interior, and a repaint. At this time (21-10-05) the car is still for sale.I'll update this info when more is known. |
