All of the skins that are currently on my page use Maxis meshes. You should have all of the meshes needed if you own The Sims and the first skin packs from TheSims.com, but I don't know if the skins will work without Superstar. There is a readme included in the file. Unless otherwise noted, all .zips contain only the skin tone shown in the preview.
To download, click on the description.
To install them, you'll need WinZip, available at www.winzip.com. Extract them to your skins directory, usually located at C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/Gamedata/Skins. For more detailed help on WinZip and unzipping files, you can find tutorials on many Sim sites.
Heads not included, but all of them that are shown came with one expansion pack or another.
