Mokuba watched from the sidelines as his brother Seto tested out his newest VR system. After 5 years and a few "problems" he finally got it ready for testing.
"You positive you want to do this Mokuba?" Seto asked while opening the VR pod.
"Yeah. I think it’ll be fun to see what it’s like in the Shadow Realm without actually going there." He replied as he jumped into the pod.
"Very well. Remember you can trust the Blue Eyes, Jestrix, and Saggi the most. They’ll help you if any of the other monsters get any ideas. Some of my decks other monsters are trustworthy as well, but a few aren’t so be careful." The older Kaiba said as he closed the pod’s lid.
"I know big brother! We’ve gone over this before. I’m not a little kid anymore. So you don’t have to explain things to me a hundred times." Mokuba said as he watch Seto moved to the control panel.
"I know." Seto smiled as he activated the VR Pod his brother was in.
Mokuba smiled and sat back as he felt his body "enter" the machine.
"I’m still not too hot on this idea, koi." Jou said as he walked over to Seto, having been hiding so Mokuba wouldn’t have seen the worried look on his face.
"Neither am I but it would be the best thing for Mokuba." He sighed as he wrapped his arms around the worried blonde.
"Yeah. I guess you’re right. Don’t like having to trick him to do it though."(1) Seto tightened his embrace around the other.
"Lets just hope Ryuu and Jestrix know what they’re doing. I’d hate to lose two of my stronger cards, but if something happens to my little brother I’ll give them both to Malik."
Jou laughed as he imagined what would happen to the two poor monsters under Malik’s care.
‘I hope Mokuba finds what he needs.’ He thought before he and Seto left the VR room.

"WHAT?!" Saggi screamed as he stared wide eyed at his friend like he had grown a second head.
"You heard me. Somehow Mokuba was transported here." Jestrix replied unaffected by the outburst.
"But…wh…HOW?" He asked as he thought over the information again.
Mokuba. The same Mokuba whose side he stayed at every night (even though said boy didn’t exactly KNOW that) was here. The Shadow Realm, where anything could happen to him.
"No one knows. The select few who know about him being here are still trying to figure that out right now." The fire demon said. "But right now that isn’t important we have to go to him now before one of the Zombie or Fiend monsters find him."
Saggi nodded. If they found him before Jestrix or himself. He shook his head clearing away those thoughts. He really didn’t want to think about what would happen.
"Your right. We have to find him. Do you know where he is?" he asked Jestrix as he shifted to his dueling form.
"Yes. He’s currently on the border of the wastelands heading for the Harpie’s forest." The other monster said as he freed his dark crimson wings and took off into the air, Saggi floating closely behind him.(2)
"All right. How long do you think it will take to reach him from here?" the dark clown asked hoping his friend didn’t hear the tremor in his voice. They knew what the Zombies would do if they found Mokuba. The Harpies on the other hand….
"Fifteen minutes. Ten if we hurry." Was his answer.
Saggi nodded looking ahead toward the wasteland and forest.
‘I hope we aren’t too late already..’ he worried. ‘I don’t know what I would do if I knew that I wasn’t fast enough to save him.’
Jestrix listened to his friend’s private thoughts. With Saggi so worried his mental barriers were shot and it wasn’t hard for the demon to easily hear them.
‘Everything will be all right my friend. You’ll be happy again…and I can make up for the pain I caused you.’ Jestrix thought sadly to himself as they moved closer to their destination.

(1): This machine actually sends the person inside TO the Shadow Realm. Just think of it as Yami Bakura or Yami’s power built into a machine…plus I liked this idea that Rift gave me ^_^
(2): Saggi is a Spellcaster so I’d think he’d be able to float. Plus that’s what he usually does when Seto summons him in the show.

I made Seto trick his brother into the Shadow Realm….*cackles* Technically it isn’t OOC either because it’s for Mokuba’s sake ^_^
