Final Fantasy fan since: Oh, I'm so old school. I've been hooked since the first Final Fantasy came out on the original Nintendo system... I was all about reviving those orbs and beating Chaos.

Things I do besides work on this website: I'm on the college track team (sprinter... booyah), write a ton of stories/poems, draw stuff (Caitlin's better), play sports (b-ball and soccer are my faves), take crazy adventures with my friends... It's good to be me!

So why'd you two create this site anyway?
Both of us had all sorts of stories and artwork lying around, and plenty of ideas in our minds, so we decided we needed a place to put it all. So we're putting it here!
What's with the "fiendishplot16" in the site address and your email?
We started designing this website during math class on a sheet of notebook paper. On a whim, Kat titled the sheet "Fiendish Plot 16," and it stuck.
How about the site title? What's "A Step Amongst the Stairs" mean?
It's actually a lyric taken from the song Overcome by Live, a favorite band of ours. The full lyric is "There's women in the street, pulling out there hair. My master's in the yard, giving light to the unaware. This plastic little place is just a step amongst the stairs."
There isn't a lot here yet. Are you going to add more?
YOU BET! It's a bit difficult over the summer because we don't live in the same building (in fact, we don't even live in the same state), but we plan to extend this site as much as we can!
