rules will result in a immediate warning and or banning depending on the situation. Each situation will be reviewed case by case, to protect the sanctity of this board.
1. Their will be no swearing on the board, except in designated forums. We want to keep the board a safe place for the younger people, as such I will not allow it.
2. Their must be a final trade notice Private Messaged by both trading members to a moderator (not address) just trade specifications, with the user names of the accounts. This creates an accountability chain, and that way we know what the trade is, their will be no fidgeting on this.
3. If you fail to follow through with a trade you will be subject to prosecution under the following laws depending on the situation. Federal Law Title 18, Chapter 63, Sections 1341, 1342, and 1349. If you dont believe me try it, Leavenworth is not a nice place, and after they fine you that is where you will go. Take a chance to look at the laws if you think those are ficticious.
4. You're unable to join this forum if you're below the age of 13 without a parents permission, the board i'm signing up with has the additional feature, when I was younger my parents did it for me, i'm sure your parents will do it for you as well.
5. What a moderator says goes, unless it is a violation of Rule #3, I take all cases of fraud very seriously, and will not have a moderator be conjuction to it in anyway, if you have a trade with a forum moderator and it goes wrong contact another moderator, and or me and an investigation will be started immeadiatly.
6. Their will be no trading money for cards, I will not be responsible for loss of money if you do such an act and it will result in an immediate banning from the board, like I said I dont want to be responsible for loss of money.
That is it for the rules however here are some ways to keep yourself safe.
1. When sending cards in the mail send them with a priority with a receipt that way the person recieving the cards has to sign for them, and it creates proof that you sent them as you will get a receipt if you dont get your cards in a timely manner after that. Submit a claim for mail fraud and tell them you have a reciept for proof those are savers right their in getting your property and or financial compensation for you lost property.
