- Words of wisdom: Never, ever take what you have for granted - it could be gone tomorrow.
Take the time to understand and cater to the needs of someone less fortunate - this will immeasurably add richness to your life.
As someone with a chronic illness,
it boggles my mind that so many people out there think the most important thing in their life is buying
a Porsche or purchasing a leather furniture set for their living room. I have been to hell and back and it was not fun.
Practice tolerance. This applies to music preferences, religion, personal philosophy, whatever is important. Because what is important to someone else might
not be important to you, but to him it is the world. Different strokes for different folks.
Same goes for a guy who can put sentimentality to words. Stephen Duffy comes to mind.
Don't be afraid to be in touch with your feelings. Make sure you're comfortable with yourself - because if you can't even believe in yourself, what else in life is there to live for?
Take every opportunity you get and don't life pass you by. We only have this one life to live, don't we?

Morrissey and the Printed Word - what it says on the tin, plus musings on things British I enjoy
- Famous last words: Drink to me, drink to my health. ~ Wings
Life without music would be a mistake. ~ Friedrich Nietzche
When you're young and you fall down, you're trying.
When you're old and you fall down, you're dead.
~ Stephen Duffy
