| Heather stepped out of the bathroom and into the hallway, lite with little candles. She gasped when Kai13 sliped his arm around her waist, pulling her back agenst him. "Beautiful." he whispered in her ear. She shivered. He reached down, taking hold of her hand, raising it to his lips. "But first we'll see to these." he said lightly kissing one of the scratches. He lead her down the hall into their bedroom. Kai13 sat Heather down at the end of the bed. Kneeling down in front of her, he reached under the bed and grabed the little first-aid kit she kept stashed there. He sat it next to her on the bed and lifted her hand to his lips. Kissing each fingertip he whispered, "It'll be alright." Heather felt a blush creeping up her face as she smiled at him. He was extremely gentle as he aplyed the antibiotic ointment first, then the tiny bandaids. Heather felt tears in her eyes each time he stoped to kiss each new bandaid he aplyed. He did it so gently, she hardly felt his lips. Kai13 closed the first-aid kit and slid it back under the bed. Heather looked at her hands covered with tiny bandaids. "But I can't move them." she said. Most of her fingers were held stiff by the bandaids around them, making movement near imposable. Kai13 smiled, "You won't need them." he got up and sat on the bed. He sat agenst the headboard and pulled her back towards him. Heather lay back agenst his chest, her head agenst his shoulder. "Let my hands be yours." he breathed agenst her ear, sending new shivers across her skin. She felt him shift slightly. Only then did she notice the covered tray sitting next to them. Kai13 rested his hand on the lid. "Close your eyes." Heather did so, feeling her heart beat just a little faster. She heard him lift the lid off the tray. "Open." Kai13 said softly. Heather opened her mouth, feeling something smooth brush against her lips. Heather moaned softly as the small bit of rich fudge slid across her tongue. She rolled it around, letting it slowly melt away. Heather could feel Kai13's lips resting on her forehead, one hand on her shoulder, the other pressed to her stomache. She smiled slightly as she sighed, "More please." She felt Kai13 smile agenst her skin as he moved his hand from her shoulder, reaching for another piece. He whispered softly, "As you wish." The depth of Kai13's comitment to please her stagered Heather. Over the last few hours he had tempted and teased her with countless chocolatey treats. Thin chocolate mints, chocolates filled with caromel, strawberry cream, orange cream, and honeydew (although she had no idea where he got those.) She had giggled when he pulled out a beautiful chocolete rose, complete with stem and thorns. She took great plesure in biting off those chocolate thorns. She almost cryed when she realized where the rich heavenly fudge had come from. The only store that sold fudge that good was an hour and a half away. No wonder he had been gone all day, he must have driven all over town collecting it all. Heather looked over at the tray now empty, save for one white box. Kai13 pressed his lips to her ear. "I saved your favorite for last," he whispered, "Close your eyes again." Heather shivered as she did so. Kai13 opened the box. "Taste." he said softly. Heather felt something touch her lips. Heather flicked her tongue across it. She gasped. She ran her tongue slowly over it, tracing the contures, the smooth lines. Over and along it's surface not believeing what she was tasteing. That is untill she felt the small round candy eye. "How did you..?" gasped Heather. She opened her eyes. Kai13 chucked, "You have no idea how hard this was to find." Heather stared in disbelief at the chocolate bunny in Kai13's hand. "You remembered." gasped Heather, tears filling her eyes. "Of course." smiled Kai13. Heather turned around, tears running down her cheeks. She wrapped her arms around Kai13's neck, pressing her lips to his. Kai13 sat the bunny back in it's box and pulled her closer to him. For the next several hours the bunny was forgotten. ***** Kai13 reluctently sled out of the warm bed. Heather stured but didn't wake. He carryed what was left of the chocolate bunny to the fridge, they hadn't finished it and he didn't want it to melt. As Kai13 closed the fridge door a thought struck him. He grabbed Heather's cell phone and hit the speed dial. "Hello?" "Remma, it's me. You were right." said Kai13 softly, not wanting Heather to hear. "Kai13! I'm glad to hear that. I told you could do it." said Remma. A few minutes later Kai13 climbed back into bed. He pulled the sleeping Heather close to him. She snuggled agenst him and fell deeper into sleep. Kai13 ran his fingers threw her hair and smiled to himself. He breathed deeply of the sweet delicute fragence that was her, mixed with chocolate and fell asleep in her arms. |
