Jaice
Jaice is the second most powerful person on the Ginyu Force. He like Zarbon has an Australian accent. He is involved in a fight with his friend Burter against Goku on Namek. When Burter is killed he goes to inform Captain Ginyu.
Later he is easily defeated by Vegeta and in the other demension, he is tidely disposed of by Tien on King Kai's Planet.
