| Dr. Briefs is the rich, comical father of Bulma. He is also the owner of Capsule Corp. and a pure genius. He doesn't do much all around but, he builds a lot of the training equipment for the Z fighters and also made the two gravity-training capsules for Goku and Vegeta. During the Cell saga, he and Bulma tried to reapir Android 16. For some reason he always has a small black cat on his shoulder which kinda looks like a blob with eyes. | ||||||||
