Dende
Dende is the youngest Namek in the series. He came in very handy in the Freeza saga with his ability to heal. As a matter of fact, he saves Krillin's life when he was stabbed in the stomach by Freeza. He also healed Vegeta allowing him to receive his new power and battle Freeza. Later he took Kame's place as the defender of Earth but it as extremely temporary. As the new defender of Earth, he fired up the dragonballs and made the waiting period between wishes a half a year instead of a full year. When they used the dragonballs a second time, he left with the rest of his family to a new planet to start a new life.
