Burter
Burter is the third stongest member of the Ginyu Force. He is also the fastest member of them. He has little action in the series because he is killed by Goku shortly after Goku arrives on Namek.
In the other demension, he and his friend Jaice are blasted of King Kai's planet by Tien.
