What to Bring - Checklist

Is field hockey fun? How can I apply for a camp session? What age group is allowed to participate? How many campers are assigned to one room? What time is registration? What time is check-out? What is the cost? When is the balance due? Is the deposit refundable? Is a medical form required? What should I bring? Where can I buy field hockey equipment? What about goalkeeping equipment? What if my check is returned? What is the last date a player may register? Is field hockey fun? Absolutely! What age group is allowed to participate? Seventh through twelfth graders. How can I apply for a camp session? Click on "Application" in the menu on the left of this screen, fill out the form there, print it, and send it along with your deposit. Please make sure all the required fields are entered on the form. How many campers are assigned to one room? Two. What time is registration? 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. What time is check-out? 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. What is the cost? $445 When is the balance due? June 1. Is the deposit refundable? Before July 1st, with a written request, the deposit minus a $60 processing fee is refundable. After July 1st, the deposit is not refundable for any reason, including medical. Is a medical form required? A physical is NOT required to attend the camp. The camp does not need medical forms. The parent's signature and health insurance company ID number is Mandatory. What should I bring? Your camp confirmation letter will include a CAMPER CHECK LIST of what to bring. The checklist is also available on this site here. Some mattresses are extra long in the college dorm room. Where can I buy field hockey equipment? There will be vendors at registration. What about goalkeeping equipment? You may need to bring your own goalkeeping equipment or borrow it from our school if allowed. Equipment cannot be reserved for one goalie. If you do not have your own you must share whatever is available. What if my check is returned? Each returned check is assessed a $35 fee. What is the last date a player may register? A player may register until July 20, unless the camp is full.
