| this 1993 cover of the jimi hendrix classic appeared on the tribute "stone free--a tribute to jimi hendrix," a signature song from one of robert's favorite (if not the favorite) artists... this was the first cure recording in almost ten years w/out porl thompson, after porl left following the wish tour...this was recorded by the four piece cure of robert/simon/boris/perry, and was the most heavily promoted recording taken from this project. |
