Chapter Eight- Something Stinks

The concert was so great, Stephanie said as they walked up to the club later that night. Now we get to party with *N SYNC!

We arent going to get in, Cassy said.

Of course we are. Justin has a little thing for you. Hell make sure we get in.

He does not have a thing for me!

Oh yes he does! He never took his eyes off you when we were talking with him.

Cassy rolled her eyes as they walked up to the bouncer, showing him their passes as if they always do this.

The bouncer glanced over their passes, then lifted the red rope for them to go in.

Cassy stood there big eyed, surprise they didnt get carded. Stephanie quickly grabbed her arm and dragged her in before the bouncer could have second thoughts.

Eee! Were in! Stephanie squeeled, as they stepped into the club.

Wow, Cassy mumbled as Stephanie started pulling her through the club around the dance floor. Wherere we going?

Stephanie looked at her like she was crazy. Were looking for Justin of course!

Did I hear my name?

Cassy spun around to come face to face with Justin Timberlake.

He flashed her a bright smile. Wanna dance?

Uh, whata bout Steph? I really dont wanna just leave her alone! Cassy yelled over the loud music.

Dont worry about me! Stephanie yelled shoving Cassy towards Justin.

She fell against his chest. Uh, sorry, Cassy said shyly, blushing.

Thats alright, Justin said taking her hand and leading her out to the middle of the dance floor. Cassy was real shy about dancing with him at first, but as she bacame more comfortable they atarted grinding all close together.

Im surprise you have all this energy after that concert you just did! Cassy yelled close to his ear, to make sure that he could hear her over the music.

Baby, I could go al night! Justin whispered seductively in her ear. Cassys eyes got big at the double meaning of what he said.

Uh, I think I could use a break, Cassy said, hoping her cheeks werent as red as they felt.

Justin grabbed her arm to make sure he wont lose her in the crowd, as he led herover to the bar.

On their way they passed by Stephanie dancing close with some guy. Cssy caught her eye and mouthed, Jayden. Stephanies eyes got big.

So you want a beer? Justin asked as they sat down on the stools at the bar.

No thanks, Cassy said, Ill take a water.

Alright, Justin signal the bartender over. One water and one Scottch on the rocks.

After a minute, the bartender slid their drinks down to them.

So, you enjoying youself? Justin questioned, turning to face her after taking a gulp of his bitter drink.

Yes, very much, Cassy said smiling at him.

Sorry about lieing to you that day when we had lunch with you, Justin apoligized.

Oh, thats ok, Cassy said feeling a surge of guilt rush over her remembering that she too had lied.

So do you live around here?

Yeah, half hour north of here.

You know, Im going to be home, here, for quite a few months as the guys and I record our next cd. We should get together soon.

Is this your way of asking for my number? Cassy smiled.

Uh, yeah, Justin blushed.

You should have just said so then, Cassy said, reaching into her purse to find a pen and paper. In the end, she came up with only a pen. She grabbed Justins wrist and wrote her number on it. Now make sure not to wash that off before writting it down!

Oh dont worry, I dont think Ill ever wash it again, Justin said, giving her a cheesy grin.

Then maybe you shouldnt be calling, I wont wanna be around someone who stinks!
