| Chapter Twenty Seven- Bare Butt The car slowly pulled to a stop at the curb in front of the Harless� home. �You ready?� Just asked reaching over and grabbing Cassy�s hand. Cassy took a deep breathe. �As ready as I�ll ever be.� Justin smiled at her insecurity, as they got out of the car and made their way up to the front door. Cassy clung to Justin�s hand tightly, as he rang the doorbell. �Justin!� Lynn Harless said as she opened the door, giving him a hug. She then turned to Cassy who stood akwardly to the side. . �And you must be Cassy?� She took Cassy in her arms, giving her a big hug. �Justin told me about your parents. I�m so sorry sweetheart.� �Thanks,� Cassy said as they stepped away. �C�mon in you two, I just finished making lunch,� Lynn said, ushering the two of them in. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ �OMG Justin!� Cassy laughed at a picture of him when he was two years old. Justin�s cheeks reddened. �What can I say, I�m very comfortable with my.... skin.� Cassy laughed. �And what an adorable little bare butt you had back then.... whatever happened to it?� �Hey!� Justin protested in mock anger. �Aw, poor baby,� Cassy teased, kissing the tip of his nose. �So are you two going to wait to find out if it�s a boy or girl, or find out early?� Paul questioned. �We haven�t really talked about that yet, but I�d like to keep it a surprise,� Cassy said, a hand immediatly going to her stomache and rubbing it. �Yeah, I think I rather keep it a surprise too,� Justin said, looking at his watch. �It�s getting late, we should be going.� Paul and Lynn stood along with Justin and Cassy. �Cassy, it was great meeting you,� Lynn said, hugging her again. �You too,� Cassy smiled. �Now that wasn�t so bad, was it?� Justin questioned, as him and Cassy walked hand in hand to Justin�s car. �Nope,� Cassy smiled, swinging their arms. �It wasn�t.� |
