Where have you been?� Dianne demanded soon as Cassy entered the house. �You weren�t with that boy were you?� �Is Daddy here?� Cassy asked, ignoring her mother�s questions. �Yes, he�s in his office.� �I need to speak to the both of you in the living room, right away.� �I�ll go get your father.� �Mom, Dad,� Cassy started once both her parents were seated. �As you both know I�ve been sick for the last week. I went to see a doctor about it today-� �Alone?� Dianne questioned. �You should have waited till I got home. I would�ve gone with you.� �I�m just going to get this over with and not drag it out,� Cassy closed her eyes. �I�m pregnant.� �What?!� Walter bellowed standing up. �Whose is it?!� �Justin�s,� Cassy whispered, tears running down her cheeks. �I want you out,� Walter said more calmly. �What?� Cassy asked comfused. �You have half hour to pack your things and be out of this house.� �But Daddy!� �Don�t call me �Daddy�, I have no daughtor,� Walter then left the room. �Mom,� Cassy said, turning to her mom for help, with tears streaming down her face. Her mom just shook her head before turning her back and leaving the room. |
