Where are the Apple Jacks?! Sheila grumbled in frustration. Ah-ha! She cheered
once she finally found the cereal, that she had at one time hated. But that all changed at
the same time that her whole life did.

She started pushing her cart down the aisle. Just as she turned the corner, she ran into
another shopping cart.

Oh my gosh, Im so sorry, I wasnt watch- Sheila looked up into the other shoppers
familier eyes, feeling herself get lost in the pools of blue, as she had so many times
before. Where I was going.

Sheila, Justin breathed. Its been awhile. Wow- uh- you look great.

Thanks, so do you, Sheila said.

You think so? Justin asked, as his overly confident smile slid ontohis face. So, how
have you been?

Ive been ok. Ive been working full time at a small vetinary clinic.

Really? Thats great.

Yeah, those 6 years of vetinary schooling really paid off. So how about you? I havent
had time to keep up with music lately, so hows the group doing?

Uh, bout a year ago, we decided to call it quits and go our separate ways.

Im sorry to hear that, Sheila said. What have you been doing then?

Ive actaully been working on a solo career, Justin said.

You have? Thats great!

Yeah, I should be releasing my first cd soon.

They were both silent. Both wanting to ask the other something, but too scared to ask it.

Well, I should be going, Sheila said, starting to push her cart in the opposite direction.

Shelly, wait, Justin said, catching her arm. She turned around to face him. Are you
happy with the life you have now?

Sheila swallowed before saying, Im getting there. But her eyes decieved her.
