| Four Page Letter Caryssa sat down at her desk, and pulled out her stationary paper-and-pen set she got from him for her birthday. She set the pen down next to the paper after writing "Dear Heath", and rested her head in the palm of her hand. "What to write?" she thought. He had been out of town for weeks, and she had received a letter practically every day from him. She had yet to send him anything back, though, and finally felt she should send him something. She picked back up the pen, and began "I'm not sure of what exactly to say, so I'm just winging it." Suddenly she knew what she was going to write. In the letter, she poured her heart out to him, explaining the feelings she had when they first met; the fun and awkwardness of their first date; how their noses bumped for their first kiss; their first fight and how relieved she was when they made up; and many other memories. When she finally finished, the letter was four pages, front and back. She smiled and pulled out an envelope, and wrote the address and put a stamp on it. She put the letter inside, and was just about to seal it, when she had an idea and pulled it out of the envelope. She picked up the pen and wrote "PS- This letter is sealed with a kiss." Then she put the letter in the envelope, closed it, and kissed it. Then she got up so she could go mail it off. |
