Filipe Dos Santos Vieira

This Portuguese sensation comes to us via Vancouver, via Denmark, via Africa, via Iran, via Mexico, via Canada, via parts unknown, via Portugal.  Funny how this (Portuguese sensation comes from Portugal in the end, no?)  Filipe is a force to be reckoned with, he moves like something really movey, and is excellent with ball control.   Filipe is as valuable on the attack as he is on the defense.  Although someone started an ugly rumor that Filipe will be moving to Halifax this year, let us be clear that the Halifax he referred to was a street in Regina, and not Nova Scotia.
