SPRING ROLLS
1 QUARTER CABBAGE
1 BAG BEAN SHOOTS (FRESH)
1 CARROT GRATED
1 TEASPOON CHINESE FIVE SPICE
250G PORK MINCE
50 ML SOY SAUCE
2 CLOVES CRUSHED GARLIC
1 PKT SPRING ROLL WRAPPERS
1 EGG
100ML MILK
1 red chilli /optional
METHOD: Slice cabbage thinly.Heat frying pan and add pork mince.Add garlic
cook  until browned .Add cabbage carrot bean sprouts five spice and soy sauce.cook until cabbage is tender.
Allow to cool well about 1 hour.Thaw spring roll wrappers and seperate add cooked mixture to each one and wrap up seal end with egg and milk  mixture just a little.
Deep fry until golden brown and serve immediately.Serve with sweet and sour or sweet chilli sauce.
