1 PKT PUFF PASTRY
1 425G JAR TOMATO PASTE
500G PKT MOZZERELLA CHEESE
OREGANO
500G DICED BACON/HAM
PINEAPPLE (OPTIONAL)
MUSHROOMS (OPTIONAL)
CAPSICUM  (OPTIONAL)
ANY OTHER DESIRED FILLING

METHOD
1. THAW PASTRY AND LAY OUT 1 SHEET

2. USING A LARGE SPOON SPREAD A HEAPED SPOON OF TOMATO PASTE ON TO THE PATRY USING THE CAK OF THE SPOON.

3.SPRINKLE WITH OREGANO

4.ADD DICED BACON OR HAM (TRY NOT TO PUT TO MUCH ON AS IT WILL HINDER THE ROLLING PROCESS AT THE END.

5.ADD OTHER DESIRED FILLINGS IF ANY.

6.LENGTH WAYS START ROLLING UP PASTRY  LIKE A SAUSAGE SHAPE.

7.ONCE ROLLED USE A SHARP KNIFE TO CUT INTO SMALLER PORTIONS.

8.LAY  FLAT ON A LIGHTLY GREASED TRAY. AND BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE HOT
