1 LONG FRENCH STICK
250G MARGARINE
5 CLOVES GARLIC
HERBS

METHOD

1.CRUSH GARLIC USING A PESTAL AND MORTAR.

2.ADD HERBS

3.ADD MARGARINE AND MIX WELL

4.CUT BREAD ACROSS WAYS INTO EVEN SIZE SLICES

5.BUTTER EACH PIECE OF BREAD AND PUT BACK TOGETHER.

6.BAKE IN MODERATE OVEN ABOUT 15 MINUUTES.
