William Kevin Leverett is the founder of Foundation Health Management, a healthcare management consultingcompany. As a Health Management Consultant, he provides services in the areas of interimNursing Home and Assited Living Administration, healthcare and training. William has over fifteen years of experience in the nursing industry. He commenced his careeer as a CertifiedNursing Assistant, and then obtained his certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse. From there, he worked with a variety of venues, including nursing homes (both profit and non-profit), hospitals and private residences. In 1997, he obtained his license as an Assited Living Administrator. After extensive training under a preceptor with one of the most pretigious nursing homes in Winston-Salem, Arbor Acres/United Methodist Retirement Community, William took a position as an Assistant Living Administrator with Homestead Hills, a one hundred twenty bed facility, in 1999. He soon secured his license as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2001 and accepted a position at Westwood Health and Rehabilitaion Center, an eighty-eighty bed facility, in Archdale, North Carolina. Within three years, William took the building from three deficiencies down to zero. He also increased and maintained census, helped resolve and clear survey and Life Saftey tags. a former United States Marine Corps reservist, William graduated with and Associate Degree in General Education (concentration in Business) in 1995 from Forsyth Technical Community College, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is expected to complete his bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Gardner-Webb University in January 2008.
