Rob Ray is as tough as they come. Rob just retired this past season and usualy takes a few years to get in the Hall, but he was as good as they come when it comes to the Goon Position. Rob was drafted in the Goon Draft of 1993 3rd Overall by the Berlin Blitzkrieg.
Rob spend virtually every FHL Season gooning it up for a number of teams. After amounting over 100 PIm for the Blitzkrieg he was delt to the Grim Reapers of Saskatchewan, and finished his first season with a total of 154 Pim. Topping that next year with a full season as a Grim Reaper, with 168 Pim, and after the FHL's Redesign, Ray moved to the Rocky Mountain Roughnecks, Ann Arbor Avengers, and finally the Stalingrad Stormbringers where he finished his FHL Career, amounting at least 100 PIM in each of his seasons except his last. Rob won the Black & Blue Trophy for the leagues top Goon 2 Times. |
