Well, I'm back in Seattle this week. I felt really out of shape because of the two weekends I didn't do any riding in. I commuted on bike to school 4 out of the 5 weekdays, and on Thursday I even rode my bike back home.
I didn't do too hot at Seward Park this week, but that was my fault. I was doing alright the first few laps, but I pushed it a little to much on the first prime lap, and blew up. I think if I take it conservatively next week, I'll be able to stay with the pack better.
It was a shame I didn't do so well because it was the first time Lan came to watch me race. I should have had her take pictures...
I just got back from the team BBQ at Matt's house. We had a fairly decent turnout. Only a few people didn't show. Matt Haldeman has a lot of bike stuff. A LOT of bike stuff.
