| From July through Sept., 2005 I attended the Red Gate Gallery Artist in Residency Program in Beijing together with Yuko Aramaki. During this time I created "China Readings," a project consisting of two paintings (acrylic on transparent plexiglas, 60 x 45 cm) and a video (DV 0:32). This is the first of these paintings, "China Readings; Shang" (after the dynasty). | ||||||
