We survived High Tea Saturday with six of Rosie's friends to celebrate her 11th birthday this coming tuesday. It was a great success with cucumber sandwiches, pb&strawberry jam biscuits, almond cookies, cranberry banana pecan muffins, blueberry muffins, date almond rolls and the like. We managed to prepare many items Rosie could eat on her allergy-free diet and the girls didn't notice! I think Rosie had at least 6 cups of tea! The biggest surprise was the shipment of Forsman Tea from Finland she received as a birthday gift from the company. She got Warm Enchantment, White Christmas, and Strawberry! What a wonderful way to enhance her special party. She received many great gifts in cluding a Barbie with Kelly Ballerina set that dances and great craft and scrap-book supplies. A lovely day for tea.
