Samm was born on 12 March 1982 in Chicago in Illinois.
When it came to audtion for Freaks and Geek auditioned for the role as Sam Wier.
He didn't manage to get the part.
He then nailed the audition to get thwe part as Neal and he won it.
Samm has starred and Co-starred in lots of other films such as including "The Steve Harvey Show", "Just shoot me", "Bette", "Freedom" Spin City", "Ed" and "Another Teen Movie"
