Anyways agree to help her find the chocobo and follow it down the Highroad. Pick up the feathers along the way (not sure what they are for exactly...) but dont take Rikku's advice and run to the side areas. Just keep running down the main road. Eventually you will play a little mini-game where you guess the direction little Choco will run.
After a few guesses he will get bored and will generally point his head in the direction he will run. Keep guessing the direction and a man will run up and say that Calli is in trouble! Head back to the Agency and run to Highroad. Calli is being cornered by the Chocobo Monster! Clasko and his feathered friends buy you some time so keep running along the Highroad then take the sloping path to the old road...
Now at this point I went and did a few side-missions then came back to the Highroad and spoke to Clasko and Calli outside the Agency. Agree to let them on your airship and then you can go to the Calm Lands. Go there and follow Clasko to the Ruins. Once inside take care of the monsters.
You do that by attacking the monster that all the other monsters are facing. Then defeat the three elements that attack Clasko and the Chocobo Ranch is yours!
