Leblanc has her own Sphere hunting group known as the Leblanc Syndicate who I would say are the Gullwings main rivals.
Although I dont know much about her (only on chap 2 *hangs head in shame*) I would say she is used to getting her own way and dominates the members of her syndicate. I would also guess she has a thing about hearts considering there almost everywhere on the syndicate uniform....
