What time is it?
In communities across America, women and men ages 18 to 40 are having fun, helping others in their communities and learning leadership skills through membership in the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce.  You can be part of the Jaycees, too!  You have the opportunity to make the organization what you want.  The opportunity for personal growth while serving your community and having fun is already there - all you need to do is join us.

NETWORKING
It's often who you know that matters in life and Junior Chamber Members are people who are connected.  Serving as a Jaycee provides the opportunity to develop strong relationships with like-minded members of your community who are often people of influence.  Jaycees share a very real connection with other Jaycees, past and present: President Bill Clinton, Domino?s Pizza mogul Tom Monaghan, registered nurse and former Miss America Kaye Lani Rae Rafko-Wilson, sports legends like basketball great Larry Bird ? name the field and Junior Chamber can be found at the forefront.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jaycees have turned their energies toward making a difference especially in the area of business.  With the development of the Junior Chamber Center for Business Advancement, the Jaycees have taken the next step of furthering the personal and professional lives of members through the entrepreneurship, networking and investment programs.  Members are given the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities including programs to become involved in leadership positions within the local, state, national and international organizations.

CAREER ADVANCEMENT
The Jaycees have also developed programs geared toward teaching members how to utilize the many skills they develop through the organization in the success of their career.  These programs provide practical and easy-to-implement tips and strategies to creating a successful business plan and implementing it.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Jaycees have built parks, playgrounds, hospitals, ball fields, airports and housing for the elderly while conducting service and support programs in thousands of communities across the nation.  They helped establish Airmail services in America with Jaycee Charles Lindberg and have raised millions of dollars for causes such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, March of Dime and the Junior Chamber Family Aids Network.  Your ideas give you a chance, your involvement as a member in a local Junior Chamber chapter gives you the experience, and as a member of Junior Chamber International, we give you the World!
