President Shinra: President Shinra didn't have a very long time to get acquainted with our band of rebels. He died before he had the chance. He does have a very important talk with them, though, about Aeris and the Cetra. Then, he throws them all in jail. He's never seen alive after that. |

Hojo: Hojo is head of the Science department at Shin-Ra. He's truly insane. He's also Shepiroth's real father, Lucrecia being Sephiroth's real mother. He's cool though, cause he's got the whole mad-scientist thing going on, and he's not afraid to show it! |

Scarlett: Nicknamed 'Kya ha ha' after her laugh, Scarlett is the blonde in red who gets into a bitch fight with Tifa on the Sister Ray. She's really, really mean, not a nice lady in the least. |

Heidegger: Nicknamed 'Gya ha ha' after his laugh, Heidegger is the bearded man in green, who serves Rufus loyally. He appears many times, and holds a position much like a General's. |

Reeves: Reeves is the man behind Cait Sith. He's been communicating with the group for sometime in hopes to help Shinra. But in the end, he turns out to be a traitor to the vilainous company, and helps our little rebel band. |

Palmer: Palmer is the tubb little man who tries to get the Little Bronco from Cid, and gets hit by a car. I find him to be very annoying and don't much like him in the least. |
