After the third straight loss of the season Palm Beach Colossal Squid 
coach Jeff Stanley finally decided to break his almost 5 month silence 
and hold a press conference to address the troubles the team is 
experiencing and respond to the concerns of the Squid's fan.

Along with acknowledging how pathetic a draft the Squid had, which he 
placed squarely on his sun-burnt shoulders, Stanley went on to 
implement the Hurricane Isabel Blow Hard of the Week Award, which 
would be awarded to the Squid player who "blew the hardest that 
week."  Stanley added, "In the spirit of last year's Mets 
Underachiever Award, I hope this will motivate this group of 
geriatrics and XFL dropouts to step up and win a freakin' game."

Stanley also announced the local Palm Beach casino cruises will be 
taking bets on the weekly Blow Hard winner.  Weekly odds will be 
released after the announcement of the previous week's winner is 
announced*, so fans can play along at home.
