Federal law requires political committees to use best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. An individual may not contribute a total of more than $5000 per calendar year to the federal committee. Federal law prohibits contributions to a federal committee from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organizations or national banks (including corporate or other business entity credit cards), from any person contributing another's funds, from a Federal government contractor, or from a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status. Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

Contribution Understanding: We may accept contributions to our federal account from an individual not to exceed $5,000 per calendar year. Federal law prohibits contributions to the federal account of a state party committee from:

• Any person or corporate entity contributing in the name of another person;
• Foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status; and
• Federal Government contractors.

Corporate donations and donations in excess of the federal limits are accepted by the party in its non-federal account. Only those contributions which do not fall under the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act will be used by the FFBR Campaign Committee.  Thank You For Your Support!
