So, you worked your way up past all those Tonberries that you needed to defeat anywhere within 18-22 in Centra Ruins? Good for you. Now the real challenge begins, because here he comes. The Tonberry King
Well, first off, all them other Tonberries were weak to Diablos. Scrap that idea, because The King has an immunity to Diablos. So, start out with your best GF's, and of course, boost them as high as possible. He has a lot of HP, so you can expect this battle to take half an hour. This guy's attacks are like other Tonberries, but he is faster. (My lip hurts.) Use some Haste to counter, and some protect to cut down on damage. If things go awry, you can draw Full-Life and Curaga from Tonberry King. It's good to have a member dedicated to healing, but make sure to have someone else ready if that one gets killed. Upon beating Tonberry King, he (unfortunately) reverts to a regular Tonberry, but you get him as a GF now. Though, he's kind of a sucky GF..
