We are currently racing at Airborne speedway in Plattsburgh New York. This is an asphalt track.
Kevin has spent the last three weeks getting used to the asphalt track and chasing the new set up for asphalt. We had some handling issues that Kevin has been working on...We think the car is getting dialed in now.
The Airborne Speedway is a beautiful, well kept facility! The stands are very nice and the entire spectator area, including the bathrooms and food court are VERY clean and well kept. The lighting is great!
Our entire experience at Airborne Speedway has been positive! The track officials are very friendly, fair and very professional. A very friendly atmosphere!
We have been very well recieved by the other drivers and crews. Members from other crews have come over to lend a helping hand..A very friendly bunch of people to deal with!
The track promotor at Airborne is Mike Perrotte. Mike is a great guy. As a racer himself, he knows how to treat the drivers and crew members. Mike and the entire staff at Airborne speedway have made us feel right at home there.
I would encourage everyone to make the trip up to Airborne Speedway to enjoy a night of great racing and to see Kevin race.
