Kevin Fetterly is from Northern New York and has been racing since the early 70's. Kevin has raced Dirt Late Models, Dirt Street Stocks, Asphalt Late Models and is currently driving a 358 DIRT Modified. The dirt tracks in Northern New York range from very tacky clay to very hard and slick clay. During Kevin's Street Stock career he raced at several different race tracks and chalked up many wins. In a two year period (1988-1989) Kevin had over 40 feature wins using the tricks and tips he writes about in this book. In 1989 he won Double Track Championships at Cornwall Motor Speedway and Frogtown International Speedway. Kevin moved up to the 358 Modified division in 1991, but has always had a love for the Street Stock Division. At the track you can always find him at a Street Stock car helping out the local racers. In 2001 Kevin's Tips & Tricks helped clinch the 2001 Frogtown Speedway Track Championship for a local driver. Kevin's oldest son Kevin Jr. was also crowned the 2001 Frogtown Speedway 4-Cylinder Bandit Track Champion, and finished 2 points away from a track championship in the Street Stock Division in 2003 in his rookie year.
After many years of trial and error Kevin has learned what works and has written this informative book to share his successful ideas with his fellow racers. Kevin writes in an easy to read racers language with basic tips, tricks and ideas that are easy to understand.
