The festive bell ringers were founded in the early 1990's by Ruth Garden, our director. Ruth had run another bell choir in a church in the Toronto area and eventually decided to get one up and running here in Stratford, based out of St. Paul's Anglican Church.

Our bells were bought second-hand and are memorial bells. Each one was sponsored in rememberance of someone in our community. We ring Malmark bells and mainly Malmark chimes, but we do have a third octave add-on set of chimes Ruth right now is trying to get rid of.

The Festive Handbell Ringers perform at a varity of events like; weddings, seniors functions, church functions and varity nights.
