To begin with the field is rectangularand from a side view has a length of 50-100 yards and a width of 100-130 yards. For better understanding hare is a labled field. As you can see there are lines that point to the ladled area of the field. First the outermost white lines(except for the small goalie boxes) are the borders of the field. The outermost box is the goalie box, which will be explained in the rules. All others will be explained in the rules.
As explained there can be 9 players from your team on the field. Of the nine there are usually 3 offense, 3 defense, 2 mid-fielders, and 1 goalie. Offense and defense have 1 person right, 1 middle, and 1 left. For every set of two midfielders, there is one right and one left. In the very back is the goalie who's job is to keep the ball from going into the goal. Next, is the offense who must stay in the front meaning the opponent's side of the field and try to put the ball into the opponent's goal. Defense, our next position has the job of keeping the ball away from their goal and kicking the ball up to the offense. Last of all are the midfielders, their job is to do both the offense and defense's job. Midfielders must go with the ball while staying on their side of the field(left or right).

Offside is the rule in which the forward is on the opponent's side of the field and they go past the last defender. It is a penalty when the ball is passed up. The penalty is a free kick from where the person was offside. Nobody can be within 10 yards of him until the ball is touched or kicked.

This play happens when the ball goes out of bounds on the sideline. Whoever touched the ball last will not be able to have his team throw the ball in. In a throw in they must use both hands and throw it over their head. If they lift their foot off the ground then it will be the other team's throw in from the same spot.
